It’s International Women’s Day and women across the world are celebrating the emancipation of women. But where would we be without virtue-signaling male feminists?

Here’s a (non)exclusive list of things male feminists do and say to get the approval and tell everyone how chill they are with women’s rights:

Taking “woke” to the max

Writer JJ Bola, who also describes himself as an “educator” on Twitter, suggested that it’s not good enough to just support feminism and women, but men themselves should “dismantle patriarchy”.

“All men must realise that we all benefit from patriarchy so it’s the job of all men to dismantle that,” he tweeted. “It’s not enough for men to be a “good guy”, or a “male feminist” or an “ally” alone, we have to [sic] dismantle patriarchy in ourselves and the other men around us. Individual good people will not dismantle a systematic oppressive structure.”

Buying a horrible T-shirt

An alleged actor, Dustin Dorough, who starred in two unknown movies according to IMDB, has bought a kich T-shirt saying “Ask me about my feminist agenda” to help his alleged acting career. After all, the future is female.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Stand strong and proud, ladies. I&#39;m behind you every step of the way. <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/InternationalWomensDay?src=hash">#InternationalWomensDay</a> <a href="https://t.co/iMGybIGHq4">pic.twitter.com/iMGybIGHq4</a></p>&mdash; Dustin Dorough (@dustindorough) <a href="https://twitter.com/dustindorough/status/839517528233758722">March 8, 2017</a></blockquote><script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Stating the obvious
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Without women, there would be no men. <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/InternationalWomensDay?src=hash">#InternationalWomensDay</a></p>&mdash; Kodi Gaddis (@KodiGaddis) <a href="https://twitter.com/KodiGaddis/status/839524489222209536">March 8, 2017</a></blockquote><script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Who knew?

Saying every day is Women’s Day

Only a fake male feminist would think women deserve to have just one day to celebrate their achievements. But not this Twitter activist, although he still squeezed “me” four times in a tweet celebrating women. Try again?
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Women! Everyday is yours. Thanks for raising me, loving me, challenging me and making me the man I am.<a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/internationalwomensday?src=hash">#internationalwomensday</a></p>&mdash; Richard Harmon (@RichardSHarmon) <a href="https://twitter.com/RichardSHarmon/status/839520840907575300">March 8, 2017</a></blockquote><script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Showing that movies about women wouldn’t be good without women

As the female staff of Univision’s Jezebel is taking a day off to celebrate “A Day Without Women”, male feminists have overtaken the website to show how down they are with the feminists.

Staff writer Bobby Finger spent his morning editing a feminist flick Carol—only to come to a realization that a movie about two women would become “boring” if you cut out all the scenes with women.

In the article titled “Carol Without Women Is Six Minutes of Boring Crap“, he wrote:

Could this breathtaking love story remain effective if reduced to shots of classic cars, dreary exteriors, and frustrated men having doors shut in their faces? The answer, my friends, will not surprise you.

It truly did not.

Celebrating women (but forgetting to check your history)

Leader of iconic rock band Guns n’ Roses has also weighted on IWD. Axl Rose tweeted: “Happy International Women’s Day!”

While Rose believes a short tweet will help to support women, he may want to respond to feminist critics who deem his lyrics “misogynistic”.

As feminist blog Bustle points out, Guns n’ Roses song “It’s So Easy” includes lyrics such as: “Turn around, b***h, I got a use for you, besides, you ain’t got nothing better to do, and I’m bored.”

Male feminism 101
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">As a male feminist I think one of the most important things I&#39;ve learned is to shut the fuck up.</p>&mdash; Keifer Lirette (@KeiferLirette) <a href="https://twitter.com/KeiferLirette/status/839511111938543618">March 8, 2017</a></blockquote><script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

The underlying tagline of this years International Women's day is that men should 'just shut up and listen'.

Everyone cringes about how blatant and demeaning that shit was in the 30's, 40's, 50's... nobody sees the irony in applying that same sentiment to the other half of the population now?
