ST. LUCIE COUNTY — A man found with a bag of marijuana “sticking out” of his buttocks was arrested after investigators say he tossed other weed out of his car, according to an arrest report.

The case of the dude with pot in his posterior went down March 3 as a Florida Highway Patrol trooper tried to stop a Kia Optima “for dark side window tint” on Okeechobee Road west of Fort Pierce, the report states.

The driver, later identified as Genaro Garcia, 31, also wasn’t wearing a seat belt, the report states.

“I observed the driver door window come down and the driver was moving around as if to conceal something,” the report states.

The trooper called for backup.

The driver tossed what looked to be marijuana from the window.

Other investigators arrived, and the driver threw more weed out.

The Kia stopped after hitting special tire deflation devices investigators put in front of it.

The report states marijuana got lodged in the grill of the trooper’s patrol vehicle.

Deputies got the driver, Garcia, to spit out the pot he was trying to eat, the report states.

“Also a bag containing marijuana was discovered in Mr. Garcia’s butt that was sticking out,” the report states.

It’s not clear why marijuana was sticking out of Garcia’s buttocks.

Further, the report did not state whether additional items were in Garcia’s buttocks.

An open Modelo beer was in the center console.

Investigators got to the bottom of the case and didn’t turn the other cheek, arresting Garcia, of Okeechobee, on charges including possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, fleeing and eluding, destroying/tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
