A TEENAGE waitress says her co-workers threw a party with a obscene cake to shame her after she reported their boss for a two-year campaign of sexual harassment.
Emily Houser, 18, was left in tears after colleagues she thought were friends posted messages on Instagram calling her a “hoe” because they blamed her for the manager being moved to another branch.

They also posted a photo of the cake at his leaving party with the slogan written in icing: “F*** Emily Houser”.
It came after she finally plucked up the courage to report the manager for his creepy conduct.
She was just 16 when she started working at Chili’s restaurant in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. Days later a new manager arrived — eight years older at 24 — and he began a relentless campaign to woo her.
He is said to have bombarded her with flowers, expensive gifts and cash — which she refused — and often turned up at her house in the middle of the night.
Emily told Buzzfeed: “The new manager found particular interest in me and began forcing me to go on dates with him.
“He would just show up to my house uninvited and say he was outside and I had to come with him.
“On my 18th birthday, he showed up to my high school in the parking lot and just kind of rampaged me with gifts and asked me to officially be his girlfriend in front of a bunch of people.
“I said no, and he replied in a very pompous way, saying he didn’t care if he got fired if we were together, and he didn’t care if he lost his job because he just wanted to be with me.”
Another time he arrived at her house at 2.30am and handed her a card with “hundreds of dollars” inside.

After she rejected him, she says he started “being verbally and even physically weird and abusive towards me at work”.
She only took action when he turned his attentions to another young employee.
Emily handed in her notice and reported the manager to headquarters. Bosses decided to switch him to another branch, Buzzfeed reports.
She claims the area general manager was present at the leaving party where the obscene cake was presented to laughing staff.
Comments on Instagram with the photo of the cake included: “Have your cake and eat it too hoe #petty”.
Shocked Emily wrote in response on Facebook: “This is what you get when you report a grown man for forcing relations on you and manipulating you as a minor for over a year, and you report it, I guess. The world is a heinous, ugly place.”
Chili’s told Buzzfeed the branch manager has been fired and other colleagues involved no longer work there.
The chain said: “Chili’s encourages a warm and welcoming workplace to provide our guests with the service they expect.
“We do not condone and are disappointed by the actions that took place. When this issue surfaced, our franchise partner conducted a thorough investigation.”
