Kohey Nishi, 24, has turned a birth defect to his advantage and lives a life many lads could only dream of by tapping into a creepy fetish.
Nishi was working as a computer programmer when he became drinking buddies with a top porn director, who was fascinated by his look.
Standing at 3ft 6ins, Kohey pitched him a unique idea for porn, based on his height and schoolboy charm.
