The shocking incident happened close to Cabot Primary School in broad daylight – and the pair of drug users were passed by a mum and young daughter in the incident captured on camera.
Colin Tallup Gibbs said in an earlier video he had heard complaints from people in Halston Drive and the St Paul’s Park area of the city about the two drug addicts injecting, and so marched down the footpath filming at the same time.

Mr Gibbs filmed the scene at just after 8pm on Monday, and exclaims in disbelief as he demands to know what the man is doing.
“In your cocky?! What are you doing, blud?!” he cried, as the drug addict was found with his trousers pulled down. “Jesus Christ! What did I just see? The man’s injecting browns in his cocky!”

In the video, the drug user is barely conscious, and is slumped on a seat in the street next to his drugs.
Local residents in St Paul’s said they were increasingly frustrated that addicts were coming into their community and openly injecting in front of children.
Mr Gibbs’ video has been widely shared on Facebook, and prompted shock and anger.
