CLAY COUNTY, Fla. - A Middleburg woman was arrested Monday, accused of "making out" with a 14-year-old boy in front of a gas station.
Fridae Patricia Weldon, 43, was arrested on a charge of lewd or lascivious conduct, according to a Clay County Sheriff's Office arrest report.
The incident happened on February 5 when Weldon drove the teen to the Circle K at 3985 Old Jennings Road. A store clerk observed the teen and Weldon "passionately kissing," the report stated.
The incident was reported to authorities by a grandmother on February 12.
An arrest warrant for Weldon was issued on Wednesday, and she was arrested Monday. According to CCSO online inmate information, she is being held in the Clay County Jail on a $15,003 bond and was set to appear in court Tuesday.
