Bachelor In Paradise suddenly suspended production in Mexico on Sunday amid an investigation into alleged misconduct.

The fourth season of the ABC reality show had been filming at a resort in Sayulita, Mexico.

Production was halted after a producer complained of 'workplace misconduct' after witnessing a raunchy make out session in a pool between Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson, according to a report by ET.

'DeMario was in the pool. Next thing you know, Corinne comes over and hops on his lap. They start talking and joking,' the source said.

They soon got hot and heavy with each other as the cameras were rolling.

'That's when a 'third party' felt uncomfortable, claiming misconduct in the workplace. As of right now, production of Paradise is suspended indefinitely,' the source said.

'And they are sending everyone home and telling everyone else to stay home. DeMario and Corinne got sent home soon after,' the insider added.

Los Angeles Times film writer Amy Kaufman took to Twitter after a source revealed why the show was 'cancelled' and tweeted that on the first day of production DeMario and Corinne 'got extremely drunk'.

'Corinne came up to DeMario at the bar and kissed him. They proceeded to the pool, where they got naked,' she tweeted.

She tweeted that it turned into 'soft core porn' and was 'very raunchy' and the following day a producer 'who witnessed this hook-up did not show up to work'.

Amy tweeted that the producer sued the production for misconduct based on what she witnessed, according to her source.

Warner Bros released a statement Sunday announcing the break in production.

'We have become aware of allegations of misconduct on the set of Bachelor in Paradise in Mexico. We have suspended production and we are conducting a thorough investigation of these allegations,' the statement said.

'Once the investigation is complete, we will take appropriate responsive action,' the statement added.

A source also told E! News that production was suspended 'indefinitely'.

Another source told the outlet the situation was serious and production was over for the season and 'possibly forever'.
