Celebrity megamum Nadya Suleman says her dream of having a big family has turned into a nightmare as she struggles to raise her eight babies and six older children as a single parent.
"I hate the babies, they disgust me," she told InTouch magazine in a shockingly honest interview. "My older six are animals, getting more and more out of control, because I have no time to properly discipline them."
The 36-year-old became an overnight star when she gave birth to IVF octuplets in January 2009 but she says she's now broke and struggling just to feed her 14 kids and keep a roof over their heads.
"The only way I can cope is to lock myself in the bathroom and cry. Sometimes I sit there for hours and even eat my lunch sitting on the toilet floor. Anything to get peace and quiet," she said.
"Some days I have thought about killing myself. I cannot cope."
The troubled mum even admitted she regrets having her children. "Obviously I love them - but I absolutely wish I had not had them," she said
