One of life's most important lessons is that we should always 'read the label.'

As dull and jargon-y as safety warnings and instructions can be, just occasionally, hidden in the depths of that small print is important information.

And sometimes, the information is as clear as day.

Take Palmer's Washable Glitter Poster Paint. The clue is right there.

Yes, it says its washable. But it also says it's poster paint. It's normally used in theatrical backdrops or in junior school art classes. People tend not to coat their face in it.
Not that it stopped one woman from doing that.

Leah covered her entire face in bright pink glittery poster paint to test how "washable" it was.

And the answer? Not very.

Twitter user Leah wrote, "See you in court Palmer Paint Products" and accompanied her sassy caption with a 'before' picture of her face covered in paint and an 'after' picture - where her face is dyed bright pink.

The label on the paint bottle does say "Washes easily off skin and out of most fabrics" but presumably that's if you spill a small amount on you.

One woman even pointed out, "My 9 year-old daughter said, 'That just means if you get a drip on you or something it'll wipe back off easily!'"

Leah's bright pink face seems to be part of an appetite on social media for doing bizarre things, almost as part of a challenge (which no one actually asked you to do).

Earlier this year a teenager got a hammer stuck in her mouth , for no other reason than she felt moved to do so.
