The man with Britain’s smallest penis has just been hired to front a campaign with the slogan: ‘There’s nothing wrong with a little prick.’

Ant Smith, known for his 3.5inch penis, is the new face of Thriva, the world’s first preventative health service that allows people to proactively conduct blood tests.

The 50-year-old, whose penis measures one to two inches when flaccid and four inches when erect, has lent his face to billboards across London where he is spotted holding up a sign with the eye-catching motto on.

The write became known for his small manhood after he wrote and performed a poem titled Shorty in 2015.

Since then, he has written the Small Penis Bible, which talks about life with a shorter than average member using comedic anecdotes and real-life stories.

The campaign was today unveiled by blood-testing company Thriva, the world’s first preventative health service that allows people to conduct their own blood tests and send them for analysis from home.

Mr Smith, who lives with his wife Christine in Barking, east London, said: ‘This campaign with Thriva is the perfect way to spread the word about preventative health, good mental health and good physical health, what’s on the inside of the body, not just the outside.

‘While playful, it’s a serious message, we will all be better off if we properly monitor what’s happening inside our bodies that we perhaps can’t see in the mirror.

‘It’s something some people are scared of addressing, even if all it takes is a small prick.’

With a finger prick blood test, Thriva allows you to examine key health risks that affect millions of people.

The tests measure and track cholesterol, liver function, iron and vitamin deficiencies over time.

Each test is analysed by CPA-accredited labs, with a full report produced by a GP.

Thriva Founder and CEO Hamish Grierson said: ‘Thriva is at the start of a true revolution in the way people think about and manage their health.

‘We’re driven to make it as convenient and affordable as possible to keep a regular check on your health.’

Has anyone done one of these DNA blood tests for genetic markers of disease?

I'm kinda scared to do it a) Because if I'm going to get dementia I don't want that hanging over my head and b) It'll probably fuck with life insurance premiums knowing this info

Then again if you're likely to get certain types of cancer it could save your life knowing well in advance...

not yet, but when the time comes that it is relevant to do so and necessary (ie after a cancer diagnosis so that the "customized" treatment option that exploits particular genetic mutations can be utilized), i will. otherwise i think it is better for me (and my kids) not to know what bad things are in store for me

I asked my Dad's nurse-practitioner if there was a test for lung cancer my sister and I could do. She referred me to a pre-screening website and pretty much explained they still don't have a great method for certain types of cancer. As in, you could have a negative result on the test and still develop cancer months later. Maybe Dee knows more about it, but she seemed quite versed in the mechanics of the disease.
