UFO hunters are convinced that they have spotted an alien mothership on Mars.
A video uploaded to YouTube by Paranormal Crucible shows what they claim to be a 1.3 mile long spaceship sitting on the Red Planet.
The narrator is the video says that it is proof that a alien spaceship crash landed on Mars where is has remained for thousands of years where it has degraded over time.
A description beneath the video reads: “I have processed, colorised and rebuilt the object and in my opinion it is a craft of some kind, possibly tens of thousands of years old.”
The images were taken by Nasa’s Mars Global Surveyor which snapped pictures of the planet until the space agency lost contact with it in 2006.
The narrator of the video says: "The object is too degraded to enhance totally so I have rebuilt it using the points of interest that are shown in the video.
"It's also over a mile long, so this must have been a mothership, either a Martian one or possibly an off planet alien species, but why did it crash?”
However, commenters of the video were not so convinced that it is an alien ship.

However, one person threw more mystery into the situation.
They said: “It's actually a rather deep ditch. The real mystery is how the hell it got out there? It's in the middle of a very flat desert.”
