There is no shortage of cautionary tales about getting a tattoo.
But if you ever needed a refresher on the perils of embarrassing inkings , then Holly's story could be pretty effective.
At age 17 Holly and a friend decided to ink each other with tattoo guns they had recently purchased.
Holly's design has ultimately driven her to turn to E4's Tattoo Fixers, having had the words "eat me" inscribed above her groin in blue capital letters.
It's a decision which means Holly is now far too self-conscious to wear a bikini, so worried is she about other people seeing it and judging her.
"It’s a really embarrassing, trashy tattoo," she said.
Not only is it making Holly feel uncomfortable, but it's also effecting her sex-life.

She adds, "It's absolutely awful, I hate it so much, it’s destroying every part of my sex life. People are like, I don’t need instructions."
It's not just partners who have noticed, either.
"Seriously, it is ruining my life," she admitted.
"Gynaecologists look at it and they’re like, why have you had that?! It’s so awkward."
During her appearance on the show, Holly told tattoo artists Alice Perrin and Stephen ‘Sketch’ Porter that she wanted cover it with a lotus flower or a mandala pattern, adding: "It needs to be something pretty now!"
After choosing Alice's design, the work began - and Holly was delighted with the results.
"Oh my God, I absolutely love it!" she beamed.
"I can’t believe I sat through that. It was worth the pain having this, it’s amazing.
"I can wear a bikini without having to worry about that trashy 'eat me' tattoo."
Alice added: "I'm so glad. Well done, you were so brave!"
