A UFO has been spotted flying over Yellowstone Volcano which is a sign that it is “about to blow”, causing worldwide devastation, according to conspiracy theorists.
A video uploaded to YouTube by paranormal channel Suspect Sky shows a bright white light hovering above the Yellowstone Caldera as it slowly moves from right to left along the screen.
The light seems to be pulsating and at one point is so strong that it reflects off the ground from approximately 40 metres in the sky.
The video, which was shot by webcams monitoring Yellowstone on December 14, is apparently proof that the volcano is set to erupt.
One person, Riddick Tonn, wrote in the comments section: “Could be a bad sign. UFO’s usually know a volcano is about to blow.”
Another conspiracy theorist, Earth Keeper, replied: “Yes, indeed. The light emitting from the UFO onto the ground could have been scanning the terrain below.”
Claude McGovern commented: “They are monitoring. I wonder if we need to worry. Not a good sign.”
However, others were not so convinced, with iPaül iLawrence commenting bluntly: “There is something wrong with every single one of you.”

If Yellowstone were to erupt it would kill an estimated 87,000 people immediately and make two-thirds of the USA immediately uninhabitable.
The large spew of ash into the atmosphere would block out sunlight and directly affect life beneath it creating a “nuclear winter”.

The massive eruption could be a staggering 6,000 times as powerful as the one from Washington’s Mount St Helens in 1980 which killed 57 people and deposited ash in 11 different states and five Canadian provinces.
If the volcano explodes, a climate shift would ensue as the volcano would spew massive amounts of sulphur dioxide into the atmosphere, which can form a sulphur aerosol that reflects and absorbs sunlight.
