Per Wikipedia: Due to the Russian doping controversy, the International Olympic Committee will only permit certain Russian athletes to compete at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea, from 9 to 25 February 2018, under the designation Olympic Athlete from Russia (OAR).

I'm unsure of what the Oar (Russia) designation is for.

Gotta bet the home team! Truthfully I'm pretty sure it'll be the US but you never know, it's usually quite close in the Winter games.

Wagers for the medal count events closes tonite (Mountain Time) and the Women's hockey wagering closes Saturday because the tournament starts.

Norway well in the lead with 28 total medals and Germany a distant 2nd with 20 medals with one week left in the Olympics.

Norway takes the overall medal count with 39. Only other country to crack the 30 medal barrier was Germany and they had 31.
