First responders found the owner of a burning home walking with a cooler and yelling, "That's my house."

Inside the cooler was beer, and the man was already unsteady, allegedly from downing a few, Pa. police say.

As a result, the homeowner, identified as 32-year-old Pike Stillwagon of Perryopolis, Pa., is now charged with arson, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct, KDKA in Pittsburgh reports.

He is also without a home, as the mobile home was fully engulfed and burned to the ground over the weekend.

Police tell KDKA there was a strong smell of kerosene coming from Stillwagon's clothing.

Yet when asked if he set the fire, Stillwagon replied to police, "I did not set the fire. My electrical box was sparking. That box caused it."

However, a neighbor tells police she observed Stillwagon go behind his trailer and grab what appeared to be a gas can. He then poured the contents of the suspected gas can on his car and vehicle, KDKA reports.

A few minutes later, the home was on fire and the neighbor called 911.

Neighbors also tell KDKA that just before the fire, Stillwagon was stumbling around the neighborhood, allegedly drunk, complaining about how no one listened to him.
