YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio —
Police say a woman was found half naked, foaming at the mouth and rolling in the middle of the road in Youngstown Tuesday evening.
When police approached 58-year-old Denise Molina she had her pants and underwear pulled down and what appeared to be white foam on her mouth. They said she seemed disoriented.
Molina stood up but fell down again and kept telling officers, "You wanna play? We'll play," according to a police report.
One officer tried to help her up but she lunged toward the officer with clenched fists, the report says.
Police called an ambulance. Officers said Molina kicked an EMT in the throat.
Molina is also facing charges of assault and dog ordinance for having her two dogs with her in the street.
