Ya'll need a broader format in there.. It would grow your business to diversify your clientele. Change the name to 4 Seasons brewing and feature Rock, Rap, Reggae, and Jazz or whatever.

We packed about 125 people into a 49 person space and sold $2000 in beer in 3 hours ;)

Beer costs us about .05-.10 in ingredients per pint (no other overhead included) we sell a pint for between $5 and $8

Yeah, he was $500. But on a Thursday night in Dec we usually do like $300. We are only open from 1-9 and the Holidays are a slow time on our business. So it was probably our top 2 in revenue for a single day (that isn't an anniversary party)

We aren't really big enough for that, we have such limited space we cant even really sell tickets. 2019 I hope to move to a bigger spot with a kitchen and spot for a venue. Then we can actually sell tickets for a show without interrupting the tasting room. If I could have sold $10 tickets I could have added another $1000+ to the night :)
