Wow that's a lot of steps/long time to come out with what looks like a serving of roasted potatoes from 4lbs.

I'm sure they're great but man...there must be a way to affect a similar result by cutting out a few steps here :lol:

I tried them. Took a while but I was cooking up other shit.

I can confirm they were unreal.
