Thanks, yeah I saw the first movie.

You may be aware of my limited experience here. Not a comic book fan and certainly don't delve into the various alternate universes of existing characters.

Like when Spidey has the electronic suit with gizmos galore in this movie, it just takes away from the main story I'm familiar with and like.
