BIZARRE footage has emerged claiming to show the mythical Bigfoot “chilling” on a mountain.
The footage features a large, dark, human-like figure walking over the snowy caps.
Though filmed hundreds of meters away, the figure appears to be quite large and fits the mythological description of Bigfoot.
Cameraman Austin Craig is heard saying: “Look how big it is.
“He’s sat on a rock. He’s just chilling.
“I don’t think it is a human, I think it’s a Sasquatch.
“Look how far back on the mountain he is, but look how huge he is.”
He then drives to the base of the mountain and uses his camera to zoom in showing how large the figure remains.
The clip was filmed in Provo, Utah, US and is believed to have occurred at the beginning of the year.
It has received close to 5,000 views with viewers expressing their interest.
“Wow, that's a big dude. Nice catch.” One follower wrote
Another added: “More questions than answers.
According to North American folklore, Bigfoot is said to be a hairy, upright walking, ape-like creature.
It is believed to reside in the wilderness and leaves behind large footprints.
Reports dating back to the 1980s claim Bigfoot has an estimated weight of 2,000lbs (900kg) and measures nearly twice the size of an ordinary grizzly bear.
