They didn't steal the card itself, they just somehow got my information.
My credit union was on top of it quick. I'm glad they caught it. I haven't made any online purchases since December, although it's possible that they could have hacked several places that I frequent where my information is stored, like Amazon. I don't think I'll be letting companies store my info anymore.
The last two most recent legit charges on my card were last week at my Dentist's office and last month at the tire shop.
Like I said, I was out yesterday, and I had it on me, but I didn't use it. Maybe I should line my wallet with tinfoil? Or just leave the card at home when I know I won't be needing it.
I tend to carry cash on me, and I'd hate to have to start using a debit card. Those are just as vulnerable.
