8 hours 15 minutes one way, 8 hours 45 minutes the way back
my niece just got back from Thailand...
12 hours to LA and then another 4 or 5 back up here.....she was done
My brain would be fried.... even if I absolutely loved every minute of every single movie watched.
Back in the 70's disaster movies were the rage...Earthquake, Towering Inferno, Poseidon Adventure....AIRPORT movies, there were 4 of them...
do you think they showed any of the Airport movies on flights?

:-k Tatum looked funny, the movie was all over the place in terms of tone...
Kinda like a cross between The Avengers, The Matrix, Dune...a sweet love story about a cleaning girl....all directed by Terry Gilliam
Last half was way better than the first just because of good visuals. Interesting and nice to look at, can't recommend though.

took my 11-year-old to it. interesting movie. as is to be expected, but i guess it felt a little flat to me with a bad guy as pretty much just a robot that was pissed off and made more robots. i think the first avengers was better personally, but it is worth a watch for most of us
In the comics, there's a little more to Ultron than just running around pissed off all the time. He is one of the most intelligent and formidable supervillians that the Avengers face and he dogs the Avengers constantly. He just keeps recreating himself after they destroy him, and keeps coming back stronger and with newer ideas and methods of annihilating the human race that the Avengers have to stop in the nick of time. I haven't seen the film yet, but I know they altered his story a bit (Hank Pym, the original Ant-Man, created him in the comics), but still, if they did him right, they should have left the possibility open of Ultron being around for a long long time.
Kingsman: The Secret Service (2014)
Pretty good.
Interstellar. Eh.
No decent films out lately, need a good war film.

Not a bad fantasy epic...other than Jeff Bridges speaking with marbles in his mouth for the whole film.
Light hearted and not as bad as critics are making it out to be.

A lot of talk about honor and the code...I liked it. With another few million and some story tweaking it could have been great.
Morgan and Clive were both good.

Quiet German western featuring a small town in the mountains and a man who visits for the winter. Opening shots were gorgeous but why the fuck would people want to live in a place like that
Nice mood and cinematography, can't recommend though..
