Achh.. I made them, but the results were underwhelming... boo hoo hoo.. $26 and 10 hours of work...

So, I did make some chicken wings that day also.. They were dry rubbed with a 'sweet mesquite' rub and cooked on the gas grill on an indirect heat.. I added a foil pack with moistened Apple wood chips for a little added smoke flavoring.. Not much is the way of pictures because the Beef ribs were my major focus.. Just an early on and almost done pics..

The chicken wings were a pretty big hit.. Served them with Blue cheese and celery.. :)
