The reason the police were jabbing him with the baton, and btw they do the same in the usa, is because the idiot wouldnt put his hands behind his back.
Why dont cops just forcefully put his arms behind his back? Because 90% of the time, that ends up in broken bones and dislocated shoulders.
Now, which would you rather have? Broken bones and dislocated shoulders? or a couple of bruises from being jabbed?
