Whoever said I was on a diet? :-s Other than cutting back on sweets and some extra snacking at work, I still eat what I want and normally would eat. I just exercise every day and still have lost more than 25 lbs. It just goes to show that you don't need to radically change your life to lose weight. :thumbsup:
