Some good news to report - joined a gym last month, lost 1" in the waist and 1.5" in the hips. My job was in jeopardy in December and finally they've agreed to renew the contract until at least March, and then another company will take over.
So, life is good!
Good job, I'm on a diet exercise regimen as well.. From 215 down to about 202 clothed so far.. Been about 3 weeks.Quote:

Thanks, D! Went to the Keg restaurant and had Nachos, Steak Oscar and Billy Miner Pie...will have to walk more than my normal 3k a day to make up for it, but it was worth it!
Only ate half of the Steak Oscar and 1/3 of the pie. :)
