When I had the house I got paper copies and paid with checks on the mortgage and all the utilities. Heard too many horror stories about autopay and the utilities. Plus I've had an email account history completely wiped out, no explanation. Lost all past emails, all contacts, etc. So I would have had to print everything anyway.
