Agreed, the most recent on in particular. I hate the direction they took with Luke's character so much, it makes no sense. The chick has no back story, I dono who the fuck Snoke is still and now he's dead... it's all just stupid.Quote:

Ok, I like Tom Hardy, but this movie was dumb. What a wasted opportunity. I guess I should've figured since Sony was in control of this one. News flash to all studios trying to make Marvel properties into movies without Marvel: Give all of the Marvel shit back to Marvel and just let it go.

went to the netherlands, so i watched:
the commuter (pretty alright, basically taken on a train)
red sparrow (decent enough)
oceans 8 (6/10)
tag (7/10)
then i rewatched deadpool 2 and super troopers 2 :tup:
Prince of Darkness ('87)
Went to see Free Solo, the film about Alex Honnold's free solo (no ropes or harnesses) climb of El Capitan in Yosemite. Absolutely insane. I highly, highly recommend it.

If you like the Harry Potter movies, then you'll like the prequels. A bit slow in the beginning, but it picked up as it went on.
Traditional movie day with the wife. God, I love that woman.
