“Nevery Say Never” singer Justin Bieber slicked back his new darker locks on the red carpet at the NRJ Music Awards 2012 in France on Saturday.

The 17-year-old complimented his recent hair transformation with a sleek black tie and funky blue jacket while at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.
