i had some beef tartare last week in france, it was surprisingly good for not being cooked :idk:
You dont have to burn it up.. Just right until the pink is gone.. And just to reiterate, Its only packaged ground beef I feel this way about.. Steaks are medium for me personally and fresh ground beef from 1 cow at a butcher is different.
