Got some half pound 80/20 burger patties at Walmart today (cheating, I know, but went for convenience) and threw them on the grill a little bit ago. Quick, easy, and delicious.
Stoffers lasagna.
I had some BBQ left over from a neighborhood Luau.. I also had some green beans and mac and cheese my kids got from the school system. (Everyone in my county, kid wise, can pick up free food at the schools daily)

Steaks to throw on the grill a little later.
Pita pizza. Weekly staple dinner for us. Whole-wheat pita, some sauce I make in big batches, and whatever veggies and deli-meat I have in the fridge. Throw it on a cookie sheet at your oven's highest temp and it's delicious. I've tried so many store-bought pizza crusts, but pita bread has a fraction the calories and gets way crispier than anything pre-made that I've ever found.
3 eggs runny yolk, chicken apple sausage
Steak burrito, rice, beans, and chili rellenos.
Thai food. Pad thai, curry and spring rolls. Think it would be my final meal.
chef bruce aidell has outdone himself with these margherita sausages, holy fuck these are good
