A 52-year-old man in Metairie, Louisiana, has accomplished a hat trick of sorts by getting arrested for public masturbation three times in one week.
Gregory Guerin was collared on obscenity charges Saturday night after a neighbor reported that the suspect was masturbating outside his home, NOLA.com reports.
Deputies who arrived on the scene found Guerin hiding in his back yard, WVUE.com reports. He was hauled off to Jefferson Parish Correctional Center and booked on obscenity charges.
At this point, the jail may be a bit of a second home for Guerin, because Saturday's arrest marked his third in seven days for the same charge.
On July 26, Guerin was arrested after a witness reported seeing him masturbating in a chair in his driveway.
Officers said Guerin was intoxicated, had slurred speech and smelled like alcohol, according to NOLA.com.
On that occasion, Guerin was charged with obscenity, disturbing the peace and four other attachments, the website reports.
On July 29, Guerin was arrested once again after a witness saw him committing the same act under his carport. The told the dispatcher that the suspect made no attempt to hide his actions, according to NOLA.com.
Guerin is currently in custody, until he can get his hands on $20,000 bond.
