Neither US Representatives nor Senators can be impeached. They can be expelled from their respective legislative body by a 2/3 majority vote by that legislative body.

This really highlights the need to reinstitute Civics courses back into our education system. I got into an argument the other day with a younger guy about how amendments were added and repealed from the US Constitution. He thought only the US Senate had the power to propose amendments.
