My boss hired a new 'specialist' to support the other business manager and I in our region.... she doesn't know how to use basic office products... I thought this lady was supposed to help us take webinars and training off our plates but all she does is send an email to clients asking if they want training, and then forward us their replies because she doesn't know how to schedule Zoom calls, share her screen during presentations or update powerpoint slide decks.
We've both shown her multiple times and encouraged her to learn herself, but she's full of shit. Claims her Zoom account is broken and that she can't see our calendars and is 'waiting for IT'.. for weeks?
In big team meetings when we go around and talk about what's on our plate for the coming week she says fluffy shit like "I'm really feeling confident in my new role here, I'm very busy, making so many connections."
Guess we're stuck with her now...
