It's an Instagram satire page using handwritten notes to describe the usual clichés. It's funny because it's so true if you've ever browsed some people's Instagram accounts

Shots of beautiful girls that say #nofilter or #justgotup and then you find out from honest people that the pic was totally staged and took over two hours
