Pretty much any way but I do like over medium. The bagels I get on the island with bacon, cheese and an over medium egg are amazing.

I'll eat eggs prepared any way as long as the yolk is still runny. Gotta be like a nice syrupy texture for the meal IMO.

Bacon and cheese omelet. Dice up the cooked bacon, shredded Mexican cheese or Colby Jack. I don't cook it too often, I usually take the easy way out, but every once in a while...

Mom used to poach them often way back when I was short and I always made fried eggs sunny side up as a kid.
In high school we used to party every weekend at my place and it became a tradition for my best friend to come over Saturday afternoon and watch Stampede Wrestling (Harts before WWF).
One of us would supply a dozen eggs, the other guy a pound of bacon and we'd chop the bacon up, fry it up with onions and make a huge scrambled egg dish.
It was our hangover cure for years
