    I know Joe, the Original is on Matlock across from Fry's in Arlington. There are several but he doesn't own them all but to open one you have to have his approval and most are owned by family. There are even 2 Joe "Pasta and Pizzas" in Keller area they even got permission to use the Joe name even thought they didn't have too. The crazy thing is non of them are Italian, they are all Albanian.

    Hmm, I ran into the owner once at the Sycamore location. Could have sworn he was from Brooklyn. I do remember him saying he had another location, but not where. Cool.

    Nah, I'm pretty easy to please, I can appreciate a good fast food sub
