Landlord offers woman lower rent if she sends him boob pics every month

A woman thought she'd found the perfect property until the landlord offered to lower her rent in exchange for photos of her breasts.
Georgia Linehan, from Kent, posted a shocking screenshot to Twitter showing her text messages with a man whose property she was interested in renting.
"That's the last time I try and find a house on Gumtree," she wrote.
The WhatsApp conversation shows the man sent her a number of standard-looking photos of a house on Regent Street, Whitstable, for which the monthly rent was £695.
Ms Linehan was pleased with both the rent and the location, and told the landlord she would "have a think and get back to you in a couple of days".
He then told her there was "an option to reduce rent" if she was interested. When she asked for more information, he said he owned a modelling company and some of his tenants do "boob work" for him.
"Breast pics for 2 pics the rent gets reduced by £200," he said.
Ms Linehan was not tempted by the offer, taking to Twitter to express her disgust.
"I cannot stress enough how much I hate men," she said.
While some people were scandalised by the landlord's sleazy proposition, others said Ms Linehan should have said yes because £200 knocked off the rent is "a steal".
"All jokes aside I think this is a very clear indication of how dangerous some people can be on the internet... especially to young, vulnerable women," Ms Linehan said in response.
"And it also shows how hard it is for a woman to even find a place to live without being sexualised and exploited. Be safe girls."
A Gumtree spokesman told Daily Star Online the man's message is a breach of the company's policy.
"We strongly encourage our users to report this type of behaviour so our dedicated safety team can investigate and take appropriate actions such as removing adverts and blocking offending users, like this advertiser, from the site," he said.
"We also urge our users to communicate via the app rather than other methods, as this makes it easier for us to take action.
"We provide comprehensive safety advice for prospective tenants on our website and we continue to invest in our platform as well as work closely with government and law enforcement agencies to make Gumtree a safe place to operate."
