Reasonably so, although I tend to base that on a somewhat high standard. My cardio could be better!* I'm 5'9 and kept myself at 155lb for 10 years after putting on too much muscle in the early 2000s, then I changed my leg routine and made my jeans tight and I've kept up 165 over the last ~3-4. Due to having back surgery when I was 19, I absolutely must keep a flat stomach or my back will reintroduce me to the meaning of pain, so I really cant get that far out of shape
* I say that, and then I went on a hike with a bunch of my buddies and it was a joke, good thing we were drinking mushroom tea because I'd have been waiting too long for them otherwise, especially on the steeps....then I dont feel like such a slacker....but knowing what sorts of shape I used to be in....I feel like a slacker
