Bloody nude woman assaults NFD paramedic at Comfort Suites

20-year-old Page Ragains was charged with assault after lunging at a Nashville Fire Department paramedic when she was awakened naked and bloody on a Comfort Suites laundry room floor.

On August 11th, officers were dispatched along with the Nashville Fire Department, NFD, to Comfort Suites at 3431 Percy Priest Drive for a woman who was nude, bleeding, and laying in the third-floor laundry room. The woman, Page Ragains, was found sleeping sitting up against a washing machine. She had blood in the hair on the back of the head. NFD paramedics attempted to awake Ragains when they arrived and she became belligerent, yelling and screaming incoherently.

She leaped at NFD paramedic Sumrell and collided with her before an officer was able to apprehend Ragains. She screamed and attempted to resist, spitting, and refused to calm down. Sumrell declared she was going to prosecute for assault even though she remained unharmed. Ragains was then put on a stretcher and transported to Summit Hospital.

Page Ragains was arrested and charged with assault. Her bond was set at $2,500.
