Given her stunning looks and eye-catching Instagram posts, it's easy to see why Bella Thorne's sizeable army of followers would flock to her new OnlyFans account, where she earned a record-breaking $1million in one day.
But the curious who have dug into their wallets to cough up the required $16 for a 30-day subscription may find themselves playing a game of spot the difference between the X-rated site and her free social media platform.
Those paying for a golden ticket to peel back the curtains have so far seen the 22-year-old American actress posing in bikinis and shorts – and even munching an onion-laden hot dog – much like her Instagram account.
In fact, fans who have likely already familiarised themselves with Bella's Instagram account may find themselves experiencing a case of déjà vu, as many of the exact snap snaps posted there appear on her OnlyFans.
However, the dollars and subscribers (80,000 at last count) continue to pour in at the breakneck speed, even while the only nude currently in existence on her personalised site runs more along the lines of a shade of lipstick.
Updates include an an array of shots from Bella's Los Angeles home, among them images of the former Disney star sunning herself in a variety of bikinis, as well as general domestic shots of the actress and her pet dog.
For the uninitiated, OnlyFans is an online service that allows for public figures to charge fans a subscription to their site, where they often share content usually deemed too provocative for other social media platforms.
Much like others who run their own pages on the subscription service, Bella charges fans for access to her content in tiers – $16 for 30 days, $51 for three months, or $102 for six months.
She has also announced VIP packages, the exact details of which you need to message her to receive. Though on messaging the star, you're informed that only messages with additional tips hit the top of her inbox.
Tips are a huge part of the site's culture, where subscribers are expected to part with yet more cash for the opportunity to receive such treats as personally messaged images, sometimes tailored to fans' preferences.
The extra cushion of currency may also earn fans the opportunity to have a one-on-one conversation with the star, or prompt her to log in for a live chat session with every subscriber who happens to be online.
In Bella's case, she also gives her followers another opportunity to dent their bank accounts, as she's added an Amazon wishlist link to her profile – asking for everything from shampoo to coffee mugs and plastic cake props.
The items on the list are just what happens to have been left behind, as just days ago, Bella breathlessly thanked her fans for completely emptying her wishlist, before announcing that she'd added more.
Ever the businesswoman, the former Disney star has already put up a poll to enquire exactly what content they would like to see. Among the choices? 'Twerking', 'Feet', 'Booty', 'Tongue Teasing', and 'Showering'.
Bella set a new record after signing up to OnlyFans on August 14, following in the footsteps of other celebrities like Cardi B, and went on to make $2 million by the end of the week.
Known as a home for amateur porn stars to share exclusive content with their fans, the Florida native certainly raised eyebrows when she announced she was joining the adult platform earlier this month.
The auburn-haired beauty has claimed her activity on the platform is all part of a movie she is researching, which will be a collaboration with filmmaker Sean Baker.
'It's a feature we are researching as I'm living it currently,' Bella told the Los Angeles Times on Tuesday.
'What are the ins and outs? What does a platform like this do to its users? What's the connective material between your life and your life inside the world of OnlyFans?', she added.
The Shake It Up star said a potential film would explore the lifestyles and limits involved with being a performer on the site.
Since launching in September 2016, OnlyFans has reportedly paid out more than $1 billion to creators, according to the company. The service currently boasts over 50 million registered users and 700,000 content creators.
Robert Kardashian's ex Black Chyna, rapper Rico Nasty and Love and Hip Hop stars Safaree Samuels and Erica Mena have also created content for the site.
She looks like a smelly junky. If she visited I'd watch my valuables...

I'm sure that most of her subscribers were hoping to see more and are seeking to get a refund.
Good for her, not as daft as she looks

I wonder if that musical is still running in this social justice atmosphere.

Successful actress and former Disney Channel star Bella Thorne explained Saturday that she turned to solicitation subscription website OnlyFans to sell access to provocative photos and videos of herself in an effort to normalize and de-stigmatize “sex work,” or prostitution.
As noted by The Daily Wire, the 22-year-old actress, who was worth millions of dollars before signing up for the site, joined OnlyFans this week and made record cash, raking in $1 million in one day, and a total of $2 million in under a week.
Thorne’s explanation was promoted by backlash she’s received from non-celebrities selling themselves on the site, accusing her of triggering new restrictions by OnlyFans admins after she pulled in millions of dollars in a matter of days.
“[Part 1] Remove the stigma behind sex, sex work, and the negativity that surrounds the word SEX itself by bringing a mainstream face to it that’s what I was trying to do, to help bring more faces to the site to create more revenue for content creators on the site,” she said in a tweet.
In follow-up tweets, Thorne wrote: “I wanted to bring attention to the site, the more people on the site the more likely of a chance to normalize the stigmas, [and] in trying to do this I hurt you. I have risked my career a few times to remove the stigma behind sex work, porn, and the natural hatred people spew […] behind anything sex related. I wrote and directed a porn against the high brows of my peers and managers because I WANTED to help with the stigma behind sex. […] I am a mainstream face and when you have a voice, a platform, you try to use you in helping others and advocate for something bigger than yourself. Again in this process I hurt you and for that I’m truly sorry.”
In another tweet, Thorne said she would reach out to OnlyFans to “find out why” they added restrictions, and told others selling themselves on the site to drop their links so she can “promote you guys.”
“Ps. I’m meeting with only fans about the new restrictions to find out why!!!” she wrote. “This is f***ed up and I’m sorry comment any ideas or concerns you want brought up to OF!! and send me your links and a pic so I can promote you guys.”
Sex trafficking survivor and advocate Eliza Bleu told Thorne in a reply to one of her tweets that her attempt at apparently “de-stigmatizing” “sex work” has “increased folks risk of being trafficked.”
“As a survivor advocate for those effected by human trafficking,” wrote Bleu, “you single handily increased folks risk of being trafficked. Our most vulnerable have been at risk all year. This made it worse.”
Thorne had earlier suggested through her Twitter feed that she’s working on an OnlyFans-related movie with filmmaker Sean Baker. However, Baker has denied any such collaboration.
Variety reported:
In a statement Friday, Baker, whose credits include “The Florida Project” and “Tangerine,” disavowed any connection to a Thorne-OnlyFans project. His announcement comes after a backlash among sex workers who rely on income from OnlyFans about Thorne’s arrival on the subscription-based platform, which they believe has siphoned money away from their accounts. The social network has a reputation for hosting pornographic content, while Thorne has said she will not post nude content on OnlyFans.
