    They are different anyhow. Tomato sauce is less sweet, but that's true in anything oz vs US

    I also lave my butter on the counter (the stick Im using) the backup butter stays in the fridge , also a lot of my hot sauces stay on the counter. But, I do put condiments in the fridge after I pen them

    shit like this, depends on the time of year, my pantry gets pretty damned chilly in the winter so I half treat it like an extra fridge then

    Exactly, only one stick at a time that's out in the butter dish at room temp. The rest of the package is stored in the fridge.

    If I pick it up in the refrigerated section, then to me, that's a pretty good indicator that it belongs in the fridge at home. Just sayin'.

    And porky, hot sauce is not supposed to be refrigerated.
