Mugshots of a woman found with a glass crack pipe up her bum reveal her horrific transformation due to drugs in just six years.

The 22-year-old was shown going from sweet 16 to a crazed-looking woman with heavily damaged skin by Texas news channel KFDX.

It compiled annual mugshots of Riley Sage Weiss, of Wichita Falls, starting from when she was a fresh-faced teen in 2015.

A photo taken the next year showed her with a black eye and already showing signs of premature ageing.

The brunette sported bubblegum pink hair while looking pale in the mugshots taken in 2019 and 2020 - with her latest picture showing her taking a dramatic turn for the worse.

She appeared startled and disheveled in her 2021 mugshot before investigators found where she allegedly hid the glass pipe.

Prison staff managed to recover the implement from her anal cavity as the ever more saddening images revealed the devastation to her face.

KFDX reports she is now back in jail for the third time in seven months, and her 18th overall.

She has been arrested on suspicion of being involved in the theft of a car.

Arresting officers were told she was in possession of the pipe but none was initially discovered until the anal search in jail.

Weiss was booked into Wichita County Jail on Sunday on charges of possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence with intent to impair and is being held on $15,000 set of bonds.

The news channel revealed Weiss has 18 total arrests, including seven drug related charges, five assaults, one aggravated robbery, one burglary, one theft and one evading arrest.

They report Weiss was arrested in October 2020 on drug-related charges. She was also arrested in June 2020 when police were investigating a theft of sunglasses by a “tall woman with pink hair” and found Weiss at a motel.

Officers said they found meth in Weiss’ car.

In 2018, Wichita Falls Police said Weiss led them on a chase at speeds of 100 miles an hour in a stolen vehicle, from Kell Boulevard in Wichita Falls to Third Street in Burkburnett.

Police said they found meth in her car following the chase.

In 2015, when Weiss was 17, police said she ordered marijuana from a couple and asked them to deliver it to her, saying she’d pay them $100 so they could pay their electric bill.

When the coupled arrived, they said Weiss told the woman to come into her bedroom and she’d pay her.

In the bedroom, the woman told police Weiss reached under the bed, got a shotgun, pointed it in her face, and told them to get out.
