Oh how I do love Benedict Cumberbuns in this role. Just a modern day Sherlock and Dr Watson pairing, no time travel or any weird stuff.
It is interesting how the both of the leads are starring in The Hobbit movies as Bilbo and Smaug..

For this series they only make 3 episodes per season, but each ep is 1.5 hours

Longmire - season 2 stuff


I'm starting to warm up to ol' Walt Longmire and his redneck brigade. Most of my relatives are modern farmers/ranchers and they do dress, talk and act like the folks on the show.

Other than the cheesy John Wayne fistfights that Walt gets into , this is an entertaining detective series.
