the black chick in question is a nuclear engineer from the Brains tribe.....she barked out orders on how to build a shelter, while not helping with the labor. They finally get a floor built out of bamboo, she lays on it and the whole thing collapses
then they have a challenge, she does totally poor in all aspects (why can't black folk swim?) and then she does the rice thing...and they vote out a different guy, someone who was totally built like Schwarzenegger and could have helped them immensely in physical challenges
that's why I laugh at people who say the show is rigged or isn't hard... they get rid of guaranteed ratings people while crippling their own tribes

It's kind of addicting. The science and realism is seriously bad, they obviously didn't do any consulting on life in the artic circle, but it's still a cool show.
