I just kinda landed on it after discovering Helix was back on. Syfy has it on before Helix, and then they show encores of both directly after.

I wanted to be a Monk, but I never got the chants.
Not yet, the NBC execs are still discussing it's fate. The ratings aren't looking so good but it's their own fault: They limped out of the gate. The last several episodes were way closer to what Constantine should be all about. Friday nights aren't so good for new tv shows that are left of center either. They're giving it 13 episodes, which they've already shot and then stopped production, but they really should give it a second season and some better episodes to see if it draws people in and gets the ratings up.

The real problem with Constantine is that NBC put it on Friday nights. Their target demographic is usually out with friends on Friday nights, getting trashed and/or trying to get laid. If they put it on Thursday, where it can compete against all the shit shows @ 9 or 10pm, it would probably fare way better.

Or any other time slot for that matter. Everyone pushes the "Sci fi Friday" thing and then wonder why shows fail.
