It's not just the little things, which I could let slide, but it's things like....where the fuck did the bar come from with live music? Do you remember anywhere on Kirk's Enterprise where there was a lounge? Sure, the Enterprise D in Picard's time had the 10 Forward bar, but that was 100 years post Kirk. No original Constellation class starship had a nightclub onboard.
