Busted Pevely woman arrested in Arnold after allegedly hiding meth, pipe in her vagina

    Leader Publications Staff Report

A 48-year-old Pevely woman was arrested in Arnold after police reportedly found her with methamphetamine, including a bag of the substance she apparently had hidden in her vagina. The woman also allegedly had hidden a glass smoking pipe in her vagina, Arnold Police reported.

At about 10:50 p.m. Dec. 22, officers pulled over the woman, who was driving a 2007 Honda Accord, on Hwy. 141 near an entrance to the Arnold Commons shopping plaza because she did not have the car’s headlights or taillights on at night, the report said.

The woman was asked if she had anything illegal in the car, and she said she didn’t know. When she got out of the car, she allegedly had a bag containing a substance believed to be meth in her hand, according to the report.

The woman also reportedly told police there was something behind the driver’s seat, and officers allegedly found another bag containing a substance believed to be meth, the report said.

When the woman was arrested, she allegedly told the officers she had a glass pipe in her vagina. The officers asked her to remove the pipe, and she did. Police said it appeared the pipe had meth residue on it, according to the report.

After the woman was taken to the Arnold Police Station, a female Herculaneum Police officer was called to the station to search the woman and allegedly found another bag containing a substance suspected of being meth in the suspect’s vagina, the report said.

The woman was booked and released pending application for warrants. Depending on results of the drug analysis, Arnold Police will seek charges against the woman through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, Detective Lt. Jason Valentine said.
