Woman beats truck with 2-by-4, strips naked along Memorial Drive, Tulsa police say

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) – Tulsa police arrested a woman they say beat a man’s truck with a 2-by-4 piece of lumber and then stripped down naked in the middle of Memorial Drive.
Jyl Russell was booked into jail on suspicion of felony damage to property, public intoxication, and false impersonation.
An officer was flagged down around 5 p.m. Friday by a man who told the officer that Russell beat his truck with the piece of lumber. When the officer tried to make contact with Russell, she stripped down and ran to the intersection of Memorial and 31st, police said.
