Canada committed $245 million which is obviously significantly less, even proportionally, but I'm proud of it. I think we need to stop Russia from going any further for our good and others, and be glad we're paying in dollars and not blood. From what I read this stuff was all ordered and accounted for way before the shortage. The government also has a legal obligation, since I believe 1999 or something, to provide food, shelter and water to kids in immigration facilities.
